Engine only:

• Strip, clean and inspect.
• Skim cylinder head to raise compression and where necessary deck cylinders.
• Port and gas flow cylinder head.
• Where necessary valve seats are cut and decisions are made on valves and springs.
• Choice of re-ground or factory camshafts available.
• All cam timing is dialed in to race specifications.
• Crank shafts are balanced and sized for shells.
• Where necessary pistons are machined to suit engine specifications.

We also offer complete engine removal and refit, we prefer to carry out all dyno work here as our knowledge of both road and race machines is unsurpassed

Our cam profile designers currently use various methods of curve creation including the latest ‘Concept Valve Train’ software licensed from Lotus Engineering. This enables us to quickly assess and analyse potential vulnerabilities within your existing valve train/cam profile and therefore solve potential reliability issues.
We also offer a profile design service to suit your specific valve motion requirements or engine requirements, creating an optimum cam curve whilst considering velocity, acceleration and jerk as well as displacement and period limitations.
