BSD's engineering department can now offer a complete gear and chainwheel manufacturing service.

We are a small, dedicated and knowledgeable team who have been providing a sub-contract machining service for local companies for the past 5 years. Now specialising in gear and chain-wheel manufacture we are the only company in the Peterborough area to do so.

Our customer base includes Handling solutions, Wire and Tube Bending applications, Food Industry and Motorsport as well as making one-offs for broken or worn out gears with no available drawings.

Assisting the motorcycle side of the business with machining of cylinder heads for race preparation. We also produce our own range of crash bungs using coloured nylon for which we have a wide range of fitments, including wheel spindle bungs for road and track bikes as well as supermoto's, and a range of tried and tested suspension products for track and road use.
